Pippa Davidson

Senior Director - Employer Solutions Jersey 

Pippa joined JTC following the acquisition of RBC cees in 2021.

She has around 15 years’ experience in fund administration, corporate services and compliance within the Jersey financial services industry.

In her role as Senior Director and Team Lead of our Corporate Relationship teams within JTC Employer Solutions, Pippa’s focus is on delivering a high calibre of client service to our corporate clients, ensuring robust corporate governance, developing our team’s performance and contributing to the strategic drive of our business.

Prior to JTC, Pippa spent five years as Managing Director of two local fund services businesses, building a core team and client offering at each. She has experience in real estate, private equity and hedge funds, and has acted as a director on a number of regulated fund and managed entity boards. Pippa’s previous experience spans the provision of Compliance Officer, MLRO and MLCO services to the full range of fund products available in Jersey and being the appointed Compliance Officer for the Jersey corporate business of an international bank.

In Their Spare Time

Pippa occupies any free time between her family, two dogs and painting anything she can (furniture, interiors and canvas). She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and founded the Lean In Jersey Network in 2017, is Co-Chair of Inspiring Girls Jersey, and works with other local stakeholders to shift the dial for D&I in Jersey. Pippa is also a committee member of the Jersey Association of Directors and Officers.
