Misholkin joined the JTC HR Team in 2022 and assists with the recruitment process across the Group’s US offices.
In his role, Misholkin holds responsibility for recruitment across our JTC offices in the US and works with hiring managers to recruit candidates from the local and international market, ensuring they are the best fit for both the team and the organisation.
Misholkin has worked as a recruiter for 14 years and has enjoyed his time helping candidates grow in their careers as well as helping the company find the best and most qualified employees to bring greater value to teams.
