Linda has experience in implementing multi-jurisdictional wealth preservation and tax efficient structures and works directly with intermediaries and family offices to ensure successful administration. Such types of structure run from family trusts, partnerships, foundations to Private Trust Companies, which hold family trading businesses, personal assets and real estate across different jurisdictions.
Whilst Linda has experience working with UK resident non-domiciled clients there has been a prevailing focus on the Middle East market over the last few years.
