Lara Haworth

Manager - Employer Solutions Jersey 

Lara joined JTC following the acquisition of RBC cees in 2021.

Within her role as Manager, she is responsible for the corporate actions team within JTC Employer Solutions.

Having worked within the Jersey Finance industry for 20 years, Lara has gained a wide range of experience across several business sectors, including: Payments, FX’s, fixed deposits, investment data administration, bookkeeping, card services and trust.

Whilst working at RBC, she gained a passion for people management and procedure improvements. She also worked on various projects to help enhance the business.

In Their Spare Time

Lara enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, either getting stuck into a good movie or relaxing on holiday with them. She also runs a small confectionary business in Jersey called ‘SweetTreatz’.
