With a career spanning over three decades across diverse sectors, she has held significant roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Capita, and Chief Executive Officer of Azets. Until recently she was a Partner and is now Serial Executive Chair at Hg, Europe’s leading investor in software and service businesses, where she has been instrumental in supporting portfolio companies. Her international experience, particularly her work across Europe and the US, enhances her ability to navigate diverse market landscapes and foster effective cross-border collaborations.
