Ann joined JTC as part of the Segue Partners acquisition in 2021. She joined Segue Partners in 2011.
Ann works closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. She facilitates an exchange of ideas while offering clients her expertise and knowledge of best practices in the private fund industry, operations and human resources along with her commitment to delivering best-in-class reporting solutions for complex fund structures.
Ann’s previous experience includes serving as the Director of Finance at CID Capital, a Midwest based investment firm funding private companies that raised seven equity funds, a mezzanine fund, and a buyout fund, which totalled more than $500 million and made equity investments in nearly 70 companies. She managed the firms accounting and financial reporting functions and executed all financial transactions on behalf of its funds. Ann also served as the primary contact for all legal and financial matters relating to investment documents, limited partnership agreements and fund transactions.
