As a result of our continued significant growth we have a superb opportunity for someone to join our Geneva team as a Senior Administrator, Private Wealth Services.

Working as part of an expert team the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to build on their Trust Administration career within a Private Client Services environment where their skills will be nurtured and enhanced with practical trust administration experience.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of experience, and either be working towards, or qualified, in a relevant professional qualification. JTC actively seeks to develop employees to their full potential and with this in mind, there are opportunities to be supported in the undertaking of a relevant Professional qualification and continued professional development to enhance your technical knowledge.

On a day to day basis the role activities include;

Administer a complex client portfolio, including property and investment holding companies, Unit Trust structures, Limited Partnerships and Family Trusts within the timescales set and agreed, investigating and suggesting enhancements where necessary, ensuring pro-active, timely and effective client care;

Attend client/internal meetings and assist the manager with the preparation, drafting relevant meeting notes and dealing with action points in a timely manner;

Written and verbal communication is good with high level accuracy requiring little revision from the line manager;

Complete the review process for client entities and be aware of risk exposure, including the fulfilment of responsibilities under the review procedures;

Manage billing, cash collection / debtors process and minimise write-offs where possible in accordance with the divisional Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s);

A good understanding of Client Financial Statements to include supporting the Accountants in their production and conducting the final review for sign off by the Directors/Trustees

Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to others when required

Awareness and adherence to contractual and statutory obligations under the Group’s policies, procedures and guidelines, including the Group’s core values and expected behaviours;
