JTC was recently chosen to administer a new listed specialist investment company Nimrod Sea Assets Limited. Nimrod Sea Assets Limited is a Guernsey domiciled company and will invest in vehicles which acquire, charter and sell marine assets associated with the offshore oil and gas industry.
JTC has a wealth of experience administering listed structures and is currently providing administration services to over 30% of the companies listed on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Nimrod Sea Assets will be administered by Paul Duquemin and his team from JTC’s Guernsey office.
JTC also administers other funds and investment structures including funds listed on the London Stock Exchange Main Market, AIM, Euronext and Channel Islands Securities Exchange (CISE). The Group is able to arrange and sponsor the listing of investment funds, debt securities and other securities on the CISE through their Guernsey and Jersey offices.
