Independent fund, corporate and private client services provider JTC has appointed Steve Bougourd as a director in its Guernsey office.  

Having joined JTC in November 2014, Steve was appointed to the board of JTC (Guernsey) Limited in March 2015. As Head of Fiduciary Services, he will have responsibility for private client and corporate services provided from Guernsey.  In addition, Steve will also provide business development support to JTC’s fund administration business.

With a career in financial services that spans 30 years, Steve has for the last 24 years worked in the fiduciary industry for both bank-owned and independent trust companies. Having held a range of senior management, business development and marketing roles, Steve has extensive experience in private client trust structuring and advising international individuals and families. He also has in-depth knowledge of international fund administration and structuring, as well as experience helping to on-board new fund clients.  

Steve holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and the Advanced Certificate in Fund Administration.
