Senior Administrator – Transfer Agency

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compliance Officer to join our team in Luxembourg
Essential Requirements
  •  At least 3 years proven experience in a similar position in the domiciliation and/or
  • Transfer Agency environment in Luxembourg;
  • Able to fluently communicate in English, in written and verbally; German and French is an asset;
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of Transfer Agency requirements for Luxembourg regulated investment funds;
  • Able to take responsibility, prioritise, use initiative and to get on with others as a team player;
  • Demonstrate motivation, enthusiastic approach, good organisational capabilities, excellent client service attitude and proactivity;
  • Regularly exhibits behaviours associated with the core value (engagment, integrity, result oriented).
Main Responsibilities and Duties

Under the supervision of a manager, the administrator will:

  • Receive, analyze and validate all the documents required to comply with the Transfer
  • Agency regulations in Luxembourg;
  • Ensure the Transfer Agency clients files are updated;
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records ensuring all statutory obligations are complied with;
  • File and record all legal documentation as required by CSSF and Luxembourg Law;
  • Respond to different requests from clients to ensure that a quality service is provided that meets the requirements of demanding clients;
  • Participate in periodic audits, Compliance and Risk sample checks;
  • Ensure effective understanding of specific process and strict adherence to procedure;
  • Consistently take ownership of tasks and show initiative;
  • Coach junior team members.
