Group Tax is responsible for assisting the business in delivering robust solutions ensuring clients do not fall foul of regulations and provides tax compliance services to its clients across the jurisdictions where JTC operates.
Purpose of job
The role holder will be responsible for client tax compliance matters, under the supervision of the Assistant Manager/Associate Director, within Jersey and other JTC offices.
Basic understanding and experience of UK and Jersey Tax is desirable but the person will be trained.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Assist with the preparation of tax returns for one or more of the following taxes;
- Jersey Company Tax
- Guernsey Company Tax
- Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
- UK Withholding Tax returns
- UK Trust and Estate returns
