ROLE OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB
The Commercial Office enables sustainable, diversified growth by identifying opportunities through M&A, existing clients, and innovation, as well as driving data strategy and ensuring appropriate commercial governance.
The Commercial Reporting Administrator will provider regular reporting and analysis of the performance of client directors across the business and provide broader administrative support to the commercial team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Provide regular reporting and analysis for the commercially driven business performance balanced score card, gathering data from both automated and manual sources.
- Analyse datasets using Excel to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Perform adhoc reporting to the Commercial team and other business areas as required.
- Communicate insights and findings effectively through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to the commercial team, scheduling meetings and creating meeting minutes.
- Participate in and support project initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for reporting-related queries, directing more complex issues to senior team members as appropriate.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in Word and Powerpoint.
- A practical knowledge of PowerBI would be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A strong self-motivator with a hands-on approach.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to facilitate building and developing strong relationships across business areas.
- Experience in a multi-jurisdictional financial services organisation.
