Marketing Automation Specialist – Business Development & Marketing

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within our Marketing Team in London for a Marketing Automation Specialist.  As an integral member of the Group digital  marketing team you would work collaboratively with the divisional marketing teams to support the delivery of business development and marketing plans

Purpose of job

To deliver and continuously develop a sophisticated marketing automation function to JTC, providing outstanding levels of capability and service to all parts of the business (Group, ICS Division and PCS Division). Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and the wider team in delivering a successful long-term digital marketing strategy that provides competitive advantage for the Group.

Essential Requirements
  • Degree or relevant professional qualification (Business Studies, Marketing or similar)
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Pardot and Engagement Studio
  • Experience of reporting on performance metrics
  • Experience with Salesforce Pardot integrations
  • Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic and helpful attitude towards colleagues and clients
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with CMS systems e.g. WordPress is a plus
Main Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage all aspects of Salesforce Pardot, serving as business champion / subject matter expert
    • Work with the Senior Manager to develop and implement the Salesforce Pardot roadmap
    • Managing Scoring / Grading
    • Implementation of automation rules and engagement studio
    • Development and application of Salesforce Einstein Analytics / Reporting
    • Campaign management, dynamic content
    • Form building
  • Evaluate and manage new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize sales and marketing team performance
  • Define, manage and refine lead lifecycle management, lead process, lead nurturing and manage lead scoring models
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities for demand / lead generation
  • Manage marketing data initiatives, including segmentation analysis and implementation and proactive list management
  • Manage third party database subscription vendors and ensure smooth integration with marketing databases
  • Production of various reports to demonstrate performance and trends over time
  • Provide support to Salesforce Pardot users, including training as required
  • Help deliver the JTC Salesforce Pardot roadmap
