Manager – Reporting & Analysis

ROLE OVERVIEW

PURPOSE OF JOB

The role holder will form part of the Group Reporting and Analysis team and will be responsible for overseeing day- to-day operations of the team, supporting and developing more junior staff whilst ensuring the delivery of high-quality analysis and reporting for the group.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Manage daily operations of the Reporting and Analysis team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality outputs.
• Oversee the delivery of monthly reports for the business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with a focus on remaining free from material misstatements.
• Work alongside the Associate Director to understand divisional needs and establish an organised pipeline of work.
• Work alongside the project and technical team to deliver on and maintain outputs from the reporting software.
• Respond to business queries on reporting outputs, providing clarity on movements and trends, and assisting stakeholders in understanding the data and insights.
• Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
• Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours.
• Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• A professional qualification in Accountancy is preferred.
• Experience in managing individuals effectively.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic business environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
