Manager – JTC AIFM Solutions UK

ROLE OVERVIEW

PURPOSE OF JOB

We are currently looking for a mid-ranking professional to join our AIFM Solutions team, taking up a broad mandate across all team activities and responsibilities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Mid ranking member of the team, directly supporting and reporting to the Head of Operations.
• Providing ad-hoc support to the CEO, Compliance and Risk team members with CDD, KYC and AML.
• Responsible for new client onboarding.
• Help with the documentation and tracking of new business opportunities on Salesforce.
• Supporting the team in its annual and ongoing oversight duties over all clients and relevant service providers including depository, custodian, fund administrator, investment managers, investment advisers and independent valuers.
• Help in the production of Investment Manager reports for external board meetings.
• Help in the billing process (led by the JTC finance team) to ensure accuracy of invoices and monitoring any delayed settlements or disputes.
• Help with team and client regulatory reporting requirements.
• Help, where needed with compliance administration for all clients.
• Work closely with compliance and operations team members to ensure appropriate operational processes and internal controls are in place & adhered to on an ongoing basis.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Fund accounting and/or Fund NAV sign off.
• Understanding of AIFMD and jurisdictional regulatory requirements for funds and related entities/structures.
• Client onboarding.
• Oversight/ review of service providers.
• Investment management operations experience.
• Relationship management skills with keen focus on client service.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload.
• Teamwork.
