ROLE OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB
ICS Operations supports and significantly contributes to the direction, planning and execution of the Division’s Operational priorities including business process and system improvements, project management and delivery, M&A related Integration projects in addition to ongoing day to day operational support across multiple jurisdictions.
To provide support in the co-ordination of internal structure, planning, processes, and systems of the division to ensure an efficient and effective working environment to enable the division to achieve/ exceed its Key Performance Indicators and targets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Adhere to JTC core values and guiding principles.
- Work closely with the senior members of the ICS Operations team to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the division’s operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.
- Foster strong relationships with all ICS jurisdictional heads, service line heads, performance enhancing leads and operational counterparts in other divisions to ensure consistency of approach, sharing of key knowledge and minimising duplication.
- Taking a Managing role in overseeing JTC’s Project Governance Framework.
- Enhance, refine, and maintain a robust project governance framework.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate regular audits of the project governance framework and feedback as necessary.
- Oversee, manage, and implement projects as requested. Where required, support the implementation of the transformational change program (TCP).
- Take a supporting role in the division’s operational integration of acquired businesses to ensure consistent practice, working closely with other operational departments including, but not limited to, HR, IT, Premises, Legal, Data Privacy, Finance and BD & Marketing.
- Uphold the Group’s policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary.
