PURPOSE OF JOB
The Junior Business Development Finder will be responsible for identifying and procuring new business opportunities to foster organizational growth. This role necessitates an individual who is proactive and dynamic, possessing the ability to engage with potential clients, comprehend their requirements, and propose appropriate solutions. This position is crucial for expanding our client base and supporting the overarching business development strategy.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Identify and research prospective clients and business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through various communication channels.
- Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to align objectives and strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Support the preparation of proposals and contracts.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the organization.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
