Data Research Assistant Administrator – Business Development & Marketing
ROLE OVERVIEW
PURPOSE OF JOB
The Data Research – Assistant Administrator will be responsible for researching, collecting and updating of comprehensive data sets to support the effective roll-out of a key project to drive organic growth for the ICS Division. This position requires a thorough approach to data management, excellent communication skills and the capability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Data Collection: Systematically gather data from various sources as required, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accuracy.
- Data Management: Update databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility, implementing best practices in data governance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders at JTC to communicate data progress and support project needs.
- Quality Assurance: Perform data quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in MS Office. Experience in Excel is required.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility to meet project demands.
