Marina Cristiani, Senior Director and Head of New York for JTC, and Rodrigo Castillo Cottin, partner at Rimon Law, are joining a webinar hosted by STEP New York on 26 April.

The discussion will focus on the recent Colombian rules on UBO’s registration, their impact for foreign and resident individuals and the interaction between the UBO regime with domestic rules, as well as FATCA and CRS.
