We have over 30 years' experience of administering real estate structures ranging from single asset owning entities to pan-European funds in all classes of real estate whether the properties are held directly or indirectly. Assets held in structures range from active large developments to dry single tenant investments and cover a diverse range of uses including offices, all aspects of retail, industrial, residential, hotels, student housing and care homes.

The team consists of experienced company secretaries, chartered accountants, chartered surveyors and lawyers with extensive knowledge of the real estate market. Team members, dedicated to servicing real estate structures, are based in Cayman, Guernsey, Jersey, Luxembourg, South Africa and the UK.
