Senior management changes at JTC Guernsey

The Guernsey office of JTC, a multi-jurisdictional independent provider of institutional and private client services, will now be led by Adam Moorshead, as the firm looks to continue to enhance its range of services following a period of growth and investment.

As well as being the Managing Director of the Guernsey office, Adam who joined JTC in 2015 following the acquisition of Kleinwort Benson’s fund administration business, will have cross-jurisdictional responsibilities. He will also sit on the global management board of JTC’s Institutional Client Services division.

Adam has more than 25 years of industry experience and a proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams across leading international financial centres. He also has extensive management experience specifically within the funds sector, and is a specialist in business transformation, client service delivery, fund operations and fund systems.

Prior to being Head of Fund Administration at Kleinwort Benson, previously Close Fund Services, Adam held senior positions with Man Investments, Credit Suisse and Rothschild Asset Management working in London, Dublin, Switzerland and the Channel Islands. He also holds a number of directorships on investment companies.

Commenting on his new role, Adam said: “This is a time of significant expansion for JTC and Guernsey is very much a part of that growth story, as the recent acquisition of Kleinwort Benson’s fund administration business shows. To that end, I’m pleased to have joined such a dynamic business and look forward to building on its recent successes and continuing to provide clients with cutting edge services.”

Tony Whitney, Group Head of Institutional Client Services at JTC, added: “We’re delighted to have Adam join the senior team following a period of extensive growth and investment. With his funds and management experience, our Guernsey office is in a very strong position to ensure clients continue to receive a first class multi-jurisdictional service. In addition Paul’s move to a role that focuses on business development and key client relationships across the Group is of key importance to the Institutional Client Services division and aligns very well with his particular skills and experience.”
