Access to the world’s capital markets through listing on a stock exchange can be an attractive proposition, particularly for fund promoters. We can provide the following services to those who are considering a listing or who have entities which are currently listed:

• working closely with the nominated advisor in matters such as coordinating the composition of the admission document and arranging impact meetings prior to admission
• ensuring that an entity’s procedures meet the accepted regulatory standards
• advising on matters relating to corporate governance
• providing ongoing secretarial support by arranging and attending meetings of the directors and shareholders and drafting the corresponding minutes. We employ a number of qualified Chartered Secretaries who bring a wealth of expertise to the discipline of providing this company secretarial support
• acting as a point of communication between the directors and shareholders and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
• submitting announcements to stock exchanges. JTC Group is an approved RNS agent of the London Stock Exchange
• building and maintaining a website when an entity is required to do so through the listing rules set by a stock exchange

In addition to our general listing experience, JTC Listing Services Limited is a Category 1 member of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange (CISX) giving us the ability to sponsor all types of securities onto this recognised exchange.

Non-Executive Directors
