Establishing a Fund
Launching a fund can be a time consuming and labour intensive process. Our Fund Services Division can assist with this process by:
- reviewing and commenting on the drafting of the fund documentation
- managing the process for obtaining the necessary consents, permits and licences
- appointing and liaising with the team of advisors
- acting in the role of project manager within the team of advisors to ensure that continual progress is achieved within the required timeframe
Fund Administration
We have developed systems and procedures to ensure that our fund administration is executed in an efficient and cost effective manner. The services we provide are extensive and include:
- calculating, compiling, certifying and publishing the net asset value per share/unit on a periodic basis
- processing share subscriptions, transfers, redemptions and conversions and establishing and maintaining registers of share/unit holders
- ensuring that funds are administered within the terms of their offering documents, that conditions outlined in the permits issued by the regulator are adhered to, as well as any listing requirements, where applicable
- provision of information to investors and/or other third parties in a timely fashion
- a full suite of bookkeeping and accountancy services including the preparation of financial statements in accordance with internationally recognised accounting standards as well as the provision of management and ad-hoc reporting which can be tailored to specific needs
- the ability to administer non domiciled funds located in jurisdictions where JTC Group does not have a presence
