A certain level of commonality exists between the disciplines of administering both funds and employee benefit arrangements and the teams within our Fund and Employee Services Division have developed systems and working practices that reflect this.

The Division was borne out of the need to service the continual development of the offshore funds industry as well as the increased number of corporations looking to engage professional service providers to administer their offshore and onshore employee incentive arrangements.

The services we provide to our clients range from bespoke structures through to established products so, in essence, we can deliver a service, whatever the need.
